RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have 15 calendar days after receiving the product and their payment can be refunded, subtracting from the total amount: the shipping cost, the Shopify fees and the payment providers used .
This as long as the product has not been used or has any significant defect and is in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

You must request the refund by email: hello@marimarimba.com to provide you with a parcel guide. Once the product is received and having checked that it meets the previously mentioned conditions, the refund will be made.
